CV design and editing features.

Write your CV, adjust its design and check the finished pages before downloading. Start in your browser, then sign in to save CVs for different applications.

Find a layout that fits

Browse 17 city-inspired styles, from simple headings to coloured sidebars. Filter samples by photo, design and number of columns, then open a larger preview.

Keep the colour you chose

The gallery, larger preview and Design tab use the same 8 named colours. Keep a template’s Original colour or choose a custom colour for your CV.

See the actual pages

Check a PDF preview beside the editor as you work. Resize the preview column to give the page more room, and review the layout before downloading.

Start before signing in

Begin with a blank CV and enter your own details. Your browser can keep a guest draft on this device. Sign in to save it to your account and return on another device.

Prepare different versions

Save your CVs together and duplicate one for another application. Update the experience, skills or summary in the copy while keeping the earlier version.

Download and share

Download a PDF when it is ready. Paid options include one CV, a 24-hour pass and subscriptions through M-Pesa. Once the CV has download access, you can also enable an optional share link.

Control the colour, font and size.

A template opens with the colour and typography shown in its sample. In the Design tab, choose a different font, set the text size from 8 to 18 pt, or keep the default 12 pt.

Original follows the selected template. A named or custom colour stays selected when you try another layout. Main text stays dark on white areas; colour is used for the template’s accents, panels and lines.

Include the sections you need.

Add a profile, experience, education and skills. There is also space for projects, certifications, languages, references and interests.

  • Use the up/down controls to reorder main sections. Some templates keep selected details in a sidebar.
  • Add or remove entries as your experience changes.
  • Include a photo if you want one; it is optional.
  • Keep website and LinkedIn details with your contact information.

Need help deciding what to include? Follow the guide to writing and creating your CV.

Pick up where you left off.

Guest drafts are kept in the browser you used. Clearing browser data can remove them, so save your CV to your account when you want to keep it.

Sign in with Google or your email and password to keep your CVs together. Your saved CVs are private to your account. Sharing is optional, and you can turn a share link off. See how your CV information is handled.

Does a template come with the sample details?

The samples help you compare layouts. Choosing a template opens a blank CV with that design, ready for your own information.

Can I change the design after writing my CV?

Yes. Open the Design tab to change the template, colour, font or size. Check the updated PDF preview for line wrapping and page breaks.

Do I need a subscription?

You can start writing before subscribing. Download access is shown in your account, with one-CV purchases, 24-hour passes and subscription options. Read how downloads and plans work.

Can I use it on my phone?
